The Saturday Practice
Each semester on 8 select Saturday mornings North Country Tai Chi offers the opportunity to bring students from the different classes together from 10:00-11:00 AM for an academy wide group practice.
The class primarily meets in Canton at the First Presbyterian Church on the Park's Fellowship Hall but can move for special occasions with advanced notice.
This meeting is entirely optional. It can be used as a make-up session for missed or canceled classes, or as a bonus opportunity to drill and refine the movements learned during the week.
Depending on attendance, this class is also a way to work on a movement's details with more personal attention.
Note: This class is reserved for currently enrolled students, and for prospective students invited to our practice by the instructor.
