"The Saturday Practice"The Saturday Practice is an institution all to itself at North Country Tai Chi LLC. This is a celebratory whole school practice that brings together people from all classes and campuses. It's dubbed a "Wild Card" practice in that the curriculum is ever shifting. It's a great place to step away from our normal Tai Chi routine and make new friends. Look for the silly or brightly colored socks worn by Master Sean and others for this very special class.
